Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Short run today. Ankle still stiff, but it was better today. Doesnt really hurt to walk, but I can feel it running, and its still swollen on the outside and tender on the inside. Next two days off might help. I went real short and real slow, basically just to get outside. Nice weather. Arch was tight from the brace, but you gotta do what you gotta do. Came back on Hadley after taking Browns Crossing.
Essentials: Stretch, ankle band
Stretched and broke out the band to better stretch out the ankle.
