yaaay bruin runners. went to the new healthy dining hall Bruin Place. I'm so content with life. I got a tossed salad, fancy chicken, yummy flatbread, pineapple, watermelon, honey dew, kale, salmon lettuce wrap, ahhhh so content.

Have an awesome Senior Meet!! Seniors, run your butts off and make me proud! Actually, make yourselves proud. It's your last time racing the River Hill course as runners for the team. Give it your all and celebrate! :D

Same goes for you youngins. This is your last (or one of your last races) before counties, regions, and states! Stay hungry, stay humble until the very end. You've gotten through all of the physical work. Maintain what you've worked hard for since the beginning of the summer (since freshman year for some of you!). Prepare yourself mentally now. You have so much control over how the next few weeks go. Don't waste it. Go into every race with no regrets. Stay positive and support everyone else on the team!
