9:35 AM. Sleep: 6 hr. Late night at Three Sheets - fell asleep at the bar before driving home (Brett would be proud), felt pretty good on this run, crisp fall morning, pit stop about 3.5 miles in, guy asked me if I lost my keys, stretch, crunches & pushups.
