Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Another really nice day. Ran in the early afternoon. I was getting a little cooped up from studying. Ankle actually still not feeling all that strong. I decided to ditch the brace since that just causes arch fatigue. Ran pretty slow and I could feel the weakness and the soreness the whole time, but I just kept going. Means that I cant run that far. Legs felt fine today though. I could also feel the side effects of my cold while out there.
Essentials: Stretch, ankle band
Stretched outside then came in and did some work on the ankle band. Gotta keep up with that so I can get back running more comfortably.
