Comments:
did hill circuits today. i did a decent paced warm up and then it was 7 hills out and 7 hills back. the middle 6 were pretty tough, the first/last 4 weren't too bad. i was done the first 7 in 20min. and then did them backwards in 18:41, so i was moving at a very good clip. i was running both the up hills and down hills faster towards the end, and i felt great. i'd like to do these once or twice more before i leave.
