Comments:
Tired when I got home actually. Test this morning which was pretty tough, then into more studying. Also head cold was rough this morning, especially during the test I was coughing a lot. Decided to go out and run anyways. Went to SES for a crossfit. Weather was nice cool and windy, looked like some storm clouds were rolling in. I am glad I did this. Felt bad on the third set. Might be from dehydration from taking sudafed. Running sections were pretty slow as well. Ankle was tight in the beginning, but felt ok on the way back. It seems like it needs to "warm up" first.

Essentials: Stretch, ankle band

Brief stretching inside since my legs felt pretty good and I didnt run very far or very fast.
