Alternating side plank x 20 each side
Rocket Jump x 20
Pull ups tothemax
Did much better on the pull ups today. If I wasnt sick I could have done more I feel. Did 20 pushups on the last set instead of the planks since they were making me dizzy and I felt light headed. Jog around the field after each fro active recovery.
