Comments:
We did the first set of crunches and pushups, went to the CCT, did eight striders there and proceeded to 3xmile with 3-minute recovery. We ran the first mile starting from the 5-mile mark, so we returned via Westmoreland circle. I was alone for the first one and rather nervous, but ran with Darren during the other two. He definitely motivated me, and I refused to let him pass me. I felt calm and relaxed and even had some turnover.
