Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
Did a short lift session out back with Emil spotting. Reasonably short recoveries.
Bench:
10x120, 5x140, 4x150, 3x160, 1x170, 4x150, 6x140(failure)
Curls:
10x30, 10x50, 5x60, 5x70, 3x80
Since I apparently don't lose weight by not lifting and I enjoy lifting, I think this is a good thing. Nice to see I haven't lost too much strength.
