it was hot. ran at 4:30... I did a hilly course, so kidna tired. arch in foot was bothering me.. so with 6 minutes left i took a 15 second stretch before final hill. wanted to run slow because i felt really tired after 2 regents. and waking up at 4 in the morning because of nerves.. wish i just ran in the morning because of high energy levels.
