Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran after seminar. It was getting chilly, even I would admit that. I might need a hat and gloves to run soon. Ran the same route I did a few fridays ago. Its nice and quick and really beautiful. Felt great to run out in those fields. Good stress relieve from the tough mid term week and getting over my cold. Just what the doctor ordered. Ankle was tight in the beginning but I felt like going quick and it loosened up as usual.
Essentials: Stretch
Did a very short stretch in the parking lot when I got back. I packed up and drove home after since it was getting dark.
