Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Cromer and I went down to Hampshire College to run this morning. Nice down there since its flat and nice on the ankles. Started out running through the farm to the road, then headed down to Atkins Farm and back. Honestly had no idea where we were going we kinda just wandered around. Next we cut back into campus and ran around some really nice fields behind campus. There seemed to be some cool trails all around as well. I even found a pumpkin in the field and we carried it back. Gonna carve a sweet Jack-o-lantern (Probs not as good as the ones we made last year). Though I would be slow and tired, but we kept a nice pace for people being out of shape. It is always better to run with some one.
Essentials: Stretch
Stretched, focusing on the ankles, at the car. Then we drove over to Kelly's and had brunch before heading back to Sunderland. Good morning run on a fall day. It also feels great to get out of the apartment and do work.
