Adirondack Invitational

October 26, 2013 (Morning)

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Freezingly frigid

Comments:
It was extremely cold. There were a decent amount of giant puddles too, that of course, were freezing. It soaked our feet terribly. Overall I was pretty satisfied with my run. I didn't cramp up or anything, just went all out. Unfortunately, every single part of the course was covered in mud so it was way slower then it could have been. Also it was deathly cold. Our team came in 5th out of 19! I came in 40th out of 220 or something like that in my race. Counting both varsity boy races I got 67th out of 350. I ran pretty steadily, my first mile was 6:01, second was 12:04. Not a bad race to end the regular season on. Except for the hypothermia part.
