Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Went for a short run once it had gotten dark; heading out around 7:40 ish. Ran up to S. Taylor and back on Cedar. Went out for 16 minutes at an easy pace, so I decided to pus it on the way back to see how things felt. Aerobically I felt good and it was nice to pick things up. I miss actually training.
I should have taken my HR at the end but I forgot. Am going to try to get over 20 miles this coming week.
