8 x 300m @ 54-56, recovery as needed to maintain pace
3 mile cooldown.
It's been a while since I've done a track workout.
(56.7, 55.8, 55.1, 54.6, 54.3, 55.0, 54.6, 53.1)
Took two and a half minutes between each. Felt like i could do another at two minutes recovery on the first one but wanted to get even recovery times if possible. The workout was challenging but definitely doable.
Did the cooldown outside, through little Italy, down Mayfield to Bellflower, to East Blvd. MLK/ Cedar up and around back to Veale.
