Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Again another nice afternoon. Didnt really feel like running since I was tired, but it was worth it to get out there. Ran up into the woods to the usual turn around then came back. Ankle felt tight on the way out but loosened up. I also picked it up a little on the way back which was nice.
Essentials: Stretch
Quick stretch. Legs feeling decent and this was pretty good mileage. Probably wont have a chance to run until the weekend now, gotta busy week coming up.
