Since I went so fast yesterday, today I was a complete idiot and started off trying to beat my time yesterday. Luckily , I had a moment of intelligence and slowed down after 2 miles. Everything still hurts, but overall it was a good run. My hamstring is alway soooo tight, its amazing.
