Today we warmed-up and then, after Will retrieved my gloves, we went to the black path, at the top of the little trail leading on to it behind the of the tennis courts. We started there and ran to Sayles, down to Lenox, to Byrne Dairy, up Broad to Allen Park, up Summit, and then back to the black path, to the starting point, under the fence, to the track, and ran 1 lap, 200 of which was fast.
