Comments:
Today, Dakota, Colin, Ashton, and I warmed-up outside while the others were in the weight room, stretched, then ran 4 pretty fast 800s with a decent break between each one. On the last one Ashton never said set so I ran backwards in protest on the illegal head start they got. They were pretty tiring. After that we ran a slow cooldown mile.
