Comments:
With M.I., Boardman et al. We had a game day in which we looked around the city for red doors. We entered in the 40-minute category and found 35, but because we stopped at NCS to see the girls play soccer, we lost five doors, having been out for a total of 45:59. We did 45 second planks before practice, clams, a set of pushups and 20 leg lifts. After Tuesday, I kept trying to convince myself that the workout was easy, but my legs told me otherwise. Thinking about how I felt on Wednesday's run, I was glad I took yesterday off. Race tomorrow.
