Decided to run to anytime to lift after work. I think I forgot how far it was because...by the time this day was over, I got in 15 miles...mostly junky.

Felt tired going both ways, but the stride felt pretty good... Good lift. The knees are feeling a little sketchy, as are the feet, so I'm wondering if the shoes are ALREADY on their way out. That would suck; they're scarcely a month old...
