So it gets dark really late now. Being further east coast than Cleveland and NY I can notice the difference. Stopped by at the gym today to check out passes. Its $50 for the rest of the semester... I should get it but I dont think I would use it much at this point. Anyways since I stopped there I got home at 5 and the sun was almost set. Who cares got my warm running clothes out, my reflector vest, and my head lamp and headed out. My head lamp broke actually, and the light was going on and off. Got some abuse on the road trip. That kinda sucked cause it was really dark. Ran up to SES and did my workout in the pitch dark, with only the stars. It was actually pretty cool. Mostly since I havnt done much in the past few days and it felt great to get outside. Workout was tough and I felt real accomplished after. Night workouts are awesome. I always used to love the ones I did, especially back in sophomore year. You are out there when no one else is, putting in work. I missed that. Jogged back with intermittent light from my lamp. Kinda spooky.
Essentials: Stretch, ankle band
Stretched and did ankle stuff. Felt ok running actually. I could feel the soreness for sure, but I just ran through it, and it felt fine during the cross fit.
