5+4+4+4+3 floor clean (65 lbs, 65 lbs, 65 lbs, 85 lbs, 85 lbs)
10+6+6 dumbbell press 90 lbs
2x8 rows 45 lbs each
3x8 SL deadlift 95 lbs
12+8+7 parallel pull up
30+20 dips

The core I did was a bit too much with no rest. It was tough on my abs and also my hips, which I didn't anticipate! Definitely one of the tougher core workouts I've ever done. Still getting the hang of the floor clean form. Also I finally got around to moving up to 45 lbs for my dumbbell stuff.
