Came back in the afternoon. Brendan was gonna run with me but bailed right before. I was tired and itching for a nap, but I also really wanted to run, cause thats what I do. Wore shorts actually. It was pretty nice out, real legit temperature. Reminded me of Thanksgiving weather in Cincinnati. Starting out, legs were good but ankle was very tight and hurt. I cant really tell how much it hurts or how bad it is, since I have so many painful experiences to compare it too, so my tolerance is skewed. Either way I kept going all the way around the loop at a pretty slow pace. Felt great for my legs. Didnt feel tired afterward.
