Comments:
Perry coaches, 8X200s, use buoy, but supposed to swim 1st and last 2 on the 3:00, and pull middle 4 on 3:40--came in on 2:52, 2:53 1st two, takes the next 2-3 to get my HR down, coming in on 3:05-3:08, last two in 2:55, 2:55. Then 12X75 kick, build, fast (only finish 10) Glad finish the last 2 days.
