Felt good to get a run in today. Lots of errands but I got to run in the afternoon. Started out slow but definitely sped up. Whenever I stopped for a car or something, I slowed down and it took me a while to get back to pace. Otherwise felt good. Legs were so sore last night and this morning from walking around all day. This loosened them up and they feel better now. Ankle was pretty good too. I felt agile and the brace was not annoying at all.

Essentials: Stretch, ankle band

Good stretch. Ankle getting some more mobility.
