Weather: Sunny, hot, and muggy

Comments:
Terry Hershey Park: Memorial lot to Hwy 6, up the dike to Brair Forest, down and back to Hwy 6 and the Memorial lot

Running an hour earlier the temperature was noticeably cooler, showed a couple minutes late so I missed the SJ team, talked with a parent for a couple minutes about training, learned some interesting information about training: the three areas of training, muscle, aerobic, and body temperature, when your body gets too hot, you can't push the other areas as much, seems to make good sense, pleasant enough run, bugs annoying a top the dike, kept trying not to swallow any, saw the team on the way back, stretch, iced when I returned home
