Ended up running right as it got dark. I was working at home this afternoon, but kinda pushed off running. The bottom of my left foot hurt a lot today walking around. Right on the ball. I have no idea where that came from. Once I put the brace and my running shoes on it wasnt so bad so I headed out. Got a new headlamp as a early Hanukkah present. It helped out a lot. Started to get dark as I got out into North Sunderland. I was looking forward to running out there in the night, reminds me of being out West... I was pushing a good pace heading out onto Mountain rd. I rolled my ankle again, with the brace on. It still hurt a lot. I had to walk it off back to the main road. I was all the way out, so I took a dose of MTFU and ran home. Didnt feel great but I managed.
Essentials: Stretch, ankle band
Good stretch. Worked the ankle band too. I dont know what to do... It was feeling good today, almost back to normal. Everytime I approach that, I roll it again and I am back to square one. This has happened soo many times. I can make it like 2 weeks. I wear the brace and do the band, but I simply dont have time to do a full rehab routine every day... At least I get a few days off now so it can cool down, and so the bottom of my foot can stop hurting too. Despite all the shit that happened, I felt great after running and was so glad to get out there :)
