Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Winter hill loop. We tempoed the hills themselves and ran the rest of it steadily, starting on 42nd, going to BK, doing some drills, then the whopper, then cooling down until Dana place, followed by Rockwood, striding onto Nebraska again, doing the dorm hill at AU, Sedgewick and Albermarle up to Wisconsin, with an extra lap around the block for good measure. 1:00 planks, pushups, supermen for a minute, and backwards leg lifts. I can't decide how I feel about this run, because on the one hand, I felt like I had an okay workout, 11-page history paper considered. But Aidan, Sam and Tristan's turnover speed irritated me throughout; my legs could simply not keep up. I'd like to do marathons, I'm sick of being slow.
