Pretty dark when I headed out. You feel like you are running faster in the dark, which is good because I felt pretty smooth and fast today. I actually want though... Ankle was good too. I had to slow down when a car came just to be careful, and it was tough to get back up to speed. On the way back I really had to go to the bathroom, so I booked it in and just barely made it.

Essentials: Stretch

Just a quick stretch today. Feeling kinda tight, but ankle feels good. Good run overall even though it was short. Got a lot of work to do this week, so this helps.
