8*10second hill sprints, walk down recovery
4*(:30on, 2:30off) on the way back, the on segments were probably around 1200 or mile effort
I was planning on just running easy today because I felt so crappy yesterday, but around 2 minutes in I discovered I actually wasn't feeling bad. good day!
