Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Cooled down today after being pretty warm yesterday. Felt sluggish heading out. I wanted to make it back up to School Bus Hill cause I thought it would be fun. Didnt have as much light as I though. It was getting dark in the woods. I made it up there ok, school bus is still there :). Feeling the hills for sure. On the way down, it was rocky so I took it real slow. The whole time I was wondering if it was hunting season, and if an hunter would shoot me, or if a bear would attack me cause it thought I was a hunter. Came back the same way since it was in the woods less. Powered back home, felt pretty strong actually. Ankle feelin alright today. Good run.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Quick stretch then rolled my ITs. Its been a while for those and it felt sooo good. IT gets kinda tight when I run in running pants, and we are transitioning over to those right about this time a year. Still got to power through all the work this week, then it will be a nice break for Thanksgiving and Hanukkah. Turkey Trot is in about a week... Thats gonna be tough.
