Comments:
Today we did some plios in the weight room and then some abs. After that I did bench 2x10(85), straight -leg dead lift, glute-ham, lunges and arm swings. Then I went to the Y and ran a warm-up and stretched a bit. Then I ran 2 miles at 7:24 pace, stretched a bit, and then ran 1 more mile, in a sort of a fartlek. Finally I finished with a .75 cooldown.
