Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I abhor days like today. First, we found out that Anthony can't coach us anymore; then we hear that we can't use the AU track, it's freezing, we have to go to Wilson where we saw Jason working out with Sidwell superstar, Meghan Wilson; after this I ran a pitiful mile and four more unfocused, and downright SLOW 300s. People should have just SEEN how far ahead Sam, Aidan and Tristan were. It was ridiculous, made even worse that I could actually run the first 50m with them and then woosh! Not even close. Jackson, who was timing, didn't get the first for the 300s but I know my mile was about 2:27, 2:41. Partially my fault because I had this stupid fantasy in my head that I could PR with a ten mile run two days ago. But still! I even had spikes on! It's always been a periphery goal of mine to run a workout with them the entire time, but that just can't seem to happen. I'd take 10 mile repeats over this, if it meant feeling like a half decent runner.
