Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
To AU, eight striders, six laps of jogging the turns and sprinting the straightaways. I did it mostly alone with MI close behind and Aids, Sam and Tristan 100 meters ahead. During the mile we stayed close together, but then with 300m to go they all decided to sprint. Partially being unable to respond and partially trying to do what I was told, I stayed at the established pace. I must say I've been in a foul mood the past three days. It definitely translated in this workout, though it wasn't that hard. I also did a poor job of hydrating throughout the day, though I got a good night of sleep. We did a fair amount of strength work with Peter: lunges, calf raises, plank leg lifts, flutter kicks for :40, traveling squats, "bear crawls", "elephant walks" and one other unnamed exercise, driving each forward in plank position inside the elbow and then outside. I have to actually do what Anthony told me. I need to get my mind right for next week.
