Last Saturday I had scheduled time on an experiment at 8pm but the guy before me asked if he could have it a couple hours more and I could start at 10pm instead, which meant I needed to stay there until after 2am to finish. I agreed. Well today he repaid me a bit by giving me his time on the machine so I ran this in a slight rush to quick get home so I hurry up and get back to the lab. It was a good turn repaid right back at me. Yet it made today a rough day.
Since it was doing some mixture of snowing and hailing, most people decided to run inside today and it was only five of us who ran outside. It stopped precipitating right when we started and was surprisingly pleasant out. The planned route for today was terrible; it seemed to be a competition to see how many stop lights we could hit. My stomach was again cramping but less so than the last couple days. I could be getting used to the lack of gluten or it was simply that I was running with people.
