Comments:
I woke up and then stopped by at the Spike Classic, helping Zeke and Tristan time and take tags. Samet won in an easy 16:50. I had a bagel and some hot chocolate and then went home to do my run, which felt okay, but my lower calves (Stats tells me my solei) will not loosen up, and I cannot stretch them effectively.
