Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
American tradition to buy stuff today. Went shopping a few places, and then came back in the afternoon. I fit my run in then. Sun was out and it was cool. Snowed last night and it started to met away. Overall pretty beautiful weather. Felt sore from the run yesterday and sitting around watching football and movies all day yesterday. It was a nice relaxing break. Ran downtown to Cascadilla Park, then up the road to Stewart, then up Libe slope. Kept going to the baseball field, then came headed back down the hill on Mitchell and State st. Took the footbrigde back home. Felt tired going up the hills, then stronger on the way back down the hill. Some of the sidewalks were kinda icy so I had to be careful on those. All this hill pumping made my ankle sore though. Ok on the downhills.
Essentials: Stretch
Quick stretch. Worked things out. Legs feeling a little better. Ankle good though. Felt great overall to get out there and run around town, even though I was feeling slow.
Good pace since this was a little longer than 4.5, and the hills were pretty steep in the beginning. At least a mile straight uphill.
