Comments:
There were only 6 of us at practice. We stretched, jogged a bit, did some sprints and some wall sits. Then we did some ladder and box stuff. After that I did towel bench (3x8)(95), lunges, straight leg, glute-ham, and box squat (3x10)(135). After that I went to the Y and ran a tiny bit. Started cramping up though so I stopped.
