Comments:
Went to the Y and ran a warm-up mile. Then I stretched a bit. Then I ran 5.07 miles, the first two at 8mph, second 2.5 at 7.5mph and the last .5ish at 8mph. Was pretty tiring but a nice run. Finished with a 1 mile cooldown
