super light

5p; rocking that super slow run. but seriously, right knee is sore so I grass magneted on Lake Road. I've been doing no supplemental work or stretching, I've been running easy runs too fast, and I have been on concrete too much. I figured out today by counting steps for a few minutes that just running on devil's strips give you >80% grass run of an otherwise road/sidewalk run.

In the end, I've just noticed my leg muscles are extraordinarily tight, so hopefully stretching more, rolling, icing (things I never do) will clear it up over the course of the next week-ish and see if it worsens, stays the same, or get better.

stretched and 2.5 minute L7s afterwards. Man those were uncomfortable. more like a crooked letter Z than L7s.
