Today I went to the Y because there was no practice. I did 5 minutes on the bike because all the treadmills were taken and then I did a half mile run for warm-up when it opened up. Then I did a fartlek, starting at 6.5mph for .2 miles, then 8mph for .2 miles, then 10mph for .2, then 8mph, 6.5mph, 8mph, etc... Until I finished at the end of a 6.5 at 3.4 miles. Then I ran a quick .1 mile cooldown to make it even and stretched a bit.
