Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Well I guess today was the last day of classes and the last seminar. We had a good one. I was planning on running on campus like I usually do. I was changing in my car when I realized that I never packed my running shoes... Yea that kinda ruined that plan. I had to drive home then run from home. Not that big of a deal. It was pretty dark out. It's also supposed to precipitate a lot tonight. I thought it was kinda warm so I just ran in shorts. Ran out to the beginning of mountain rd. I didn't want to venture to far into the woods in the dark to keep my ankle safe. Turned around and came back. It started to snow/rain on the way back and my legs were starting to get pretty cold. Made it back just in time.
Essentials: stretch
Stretched a little. Legs are kinda tight. Felt pretty good today this run was a decent stress reliever. Can't believe we are at the end of the semester already... I am pretty burnt out from this week. But this run was just what I needed
