Foot Meltdown Time

Gorham to the Shell, up SW Bike Path to almost Verona and back to the Shell -

I decided to continue my customary Tuesday morning run to campus but when I woke up this morning my foot seemed to be hurting a bit more than it has been. I was also running late, so I was going kind of fast. My foot hurt some while I was running, but once I stopped it was kind of difficult to walk. I also am now completely aware that what I've been calling plantar fasciitis is really peroneal tendonitis, or has at least turned into peroneal tendonitis.

I also ran into a girl who was on one my high school team's rival schools in high school and who recognized the P on my sweatshirt on previous mornings and the Browns shirt I was wearing today.
