I decided that my foot was doing well enough for a truncated long run even with the snow. It was perhaps a slightly ambitious decision but I never regretted it. My foot never hurt at all, even without supportive tape. It was actually pretty warm out compared to the last couple days. As I finished it was dark enough that I got to see the sensation of newly fallen snow sparkling under the street lights. Perhaps it was because it was the end of a long run, but it seemed especially trippy today.
