The Shell Indoor Track -

After running home last night and freezing a certain body part that is painful to freeze, I elected to just run inside today. I timed this, but didn't really keep track of distance. I timed an occasional lap just to make sure I wasn't completely off with the pace estimation. I really sped up the last couple miles and my peroneal tendon might not have appreciated that much as it was sore walking around the rest of the day.
