I was hitting these in about 37" with little trouble but when pushed by AB I'd nail them in about 35". This was the most satisfying workout of the season thus far.
Had a good little chat with two of the younger girls, JH and I? on the cooldown. I didn't have a watch on the cooldown, by the way, because I had to lend my watch to JK.
