Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
First run back. I've never so looked forward to a winter track practice before today. By the same token, I've never been so disappointed. Unexciting to Ward with Zeke, who went further, then back to school and around the block with Jacfilius. Glad to be running again. Sahil and I did four sets of 10 pushups with very good form while Anthony was talking. Everything felt normal, but my hamstrings are sorer than usual.
