Comments:
Cleaning up and packing today. Definitely needed to get in a run. It has been snowing all day and they might plow the parking lot so I quickly fit in my run in the afternoon. Sidewalks were actually pretty good, no more than an inch on them. Way better than the side walked up in Cleveland Heights and Shaker Heights. No one every shovels their sidewalks up there and it sucks to run on them in the winter. Roads arent great, but its mostly the side roads that were snowy, making them nice to run on. Felt pretty good today. Wind was against me on the way out and my face was absolutely freezing.
Essentials: Stretch
Came back got in a good stretch. Legs feeling good. Tweaked my right ankle a little on the run, but it feels fine which is good. Achillies always start to get sore when I run in the snow. Also its time for new shoes. Part of the bottom is starting to fall off.
