Comments:
Got a lot of sleep last night, and then was super lazy during the day. It was actually pretty nice out today, kinda warm. Ended up running in the late afternoon. Just did the loop around downtown. Didnt feel all that great, kinda slow and sluggish. On the way back I got some stomach cramps and slowed down a little bit. It was good to actually get outside today though.
Essential: Stretch
Did a quick stretch. Legs and ankles feeling fine. Hips were kinda sore from driving yesterday, but didnt feel them running at all.
